There is no complex, hidden pricing with Media Grove because we want buying our system to be as easy as using it. The $3,500 purchase price includes the following:
One Destination player. This is the Media Grove hardware only. You will need to purchase an HDTV or other digital display on your own.
Software Licenses for unlimited users. Media Grove software runs in a standard web browser so there is nothing to install on your computer; you may allow as many people as you want to use the system.
A limited 1 year Hardware Warranty. You can also purchase a 3 year Extended Hardware Warranty for $300 per Destination player.

Set Up & Training. $240 per Destination player for professional Set Up; price includes a 30 minute training session. You might already have a trusted IT Professional or Audio Visual service provider that can handle Set UP for you, but we're happy to help if you don't.
Support & Software Upgrades. $100 per month for a Service Contract that covers up to 5 Destination players. This option includes free software upgrades and free email/phone support.
Customers without Service contracts will have free access to our Help web site, and can get email/phone support for $120/hour; software upgrades will cost $600 per Destination player.
Media Production. $1200 for a basic Media Production package that includes Media Plans for up to 3 Destination players and a PowerPoint template.
We can provide pricing for custom Media Production projects upon request.
We offer very attractive wholesale pricing to IT Professionals, Audio Visual services providers and other resellers who can provide value-added services for Media Grove.
We also offer a a 10% commission to Resellers for Service Contracts and Media Production packages. For example, if a customer purchases a 3 year Service Contract, 10% of that contract fee will be paid directly to the Reseller.
We can provide a Reseller with a Destination demo player for the cost of the hardware. This player may be used for demonstrations but may not be resold and the software license is not transferable.
